clock.jpgWhat kind of help does SF USP provide?
We provide school quality improvement programs such as training and workshops for schools’ stakeholders such as: Senior Management Team, teachers, staff, and students,

so that the school can eventually become a model quality

senior high school in its region.

What are the main areas that SF USP worked on?
Here are our main targets of improvement in schools:

  • Principal competency
  • Teacher development
  • Effective school management
  • Enhancement of the Curriculum
  • Student Development
  • Resource Development
  • Working with the parents
  • Enhancing the role of the local Government and Education Department
  • Assessment through evaluation, research, and development

Since quality is a broad term, how do you make sure that your targets/goals are met by the end of the program?
Initially before we help any schools, we would conduct a school diagnosis to identify the strength, weaknesses and needs of the schools. We would set our goals accordingly to the needs of the schools and have detailed key performance indexes to monitor the results of our work to see what difference the program make to the school.

What kind of schools are you looking for to help?
We mainly help government-funded public high schools which rank average in their local DIKNAS ranking and are eager to develop the quality of their schools. However, we give our sponsor companies the freedom to choose schools they want to support
