In early 2007, SF launched an education quality improvement program for madrasahs  (Arabic words meaning school) in order to let more santri (Islamic scholars) enjoy quality education in addition to the religious content they are learning at this formal center for learning.

These initiatives include improving teacher quality, developing the school management quality and implementation of ICT training for students and staffs. In addition, SF also commits to enhance the quality of learning and teaching activities and extracurricular activities, while raising the standard of madrasah facilities and infrastructure.

Food for Thought

There is no end to education. It is not that you read a book, pass an examination, and finish with education. The whole of life, from the moment you are born to the moment you die, is a process of learning.
